Healthier Lifestyle One Day at a Time

Life has been a little different since the gallstone attack.  We have taken a new approach to healthy eating and lifestyle.  I have made a decision that we will no longer eat at fast food restaurants unless it is necessary.  So we have not ordered through a window for over 2 weeks now.  This is a record.  I have been making more things from scratch using whole foods.  It is harder to do, but hopefully in the long run we will be healthier.  These are the homemade granola bars that I made.  They didn't taste to bad, and they are cheaper than store bought.
