Miles Of Prayer

A couple of years ago I asked you to join me in "Miles Of Prayer" and now that it is almost spring I am asking you to join me again.  Miles of prayer is simply praying while walking anywhere, anytime, and with any requests.  In a later post, I will share how I pray and what I pray, but for now the goal is to just pray!

Let's see if we can walk 1,000 miles together by May 31st.  This is a small goal, so I am praying that God will exceedingly abundantly help us to go beyond this goal.  To record your miles, you can either:

Let's see what God can do in our lives through prayer.  I would also love to hear how God answers prayer.  I am blown away with how God is answering pray in our lives already so let's keep asking and He will keep answering...because He wants GLORY!!!

Much love
Valerie

  1. While I can not log my walking miles, I can log my prayer miles! :) I have decided it was time for a change. Time for Christa to no longer control Her life and allow my Savior to control it. My prayer life has changed for the better and my time with the Lord has been precious. I have been in deep, deep prayer over a few things... trials, struggles, lost friends, etc.... I am overwhelmed today at how God gives me just what I need when I need it. He has answered one of my prayer requests, already! I am amazed at why I ever try to do life myself. I am so encouraged by my Savior's love for me and for answered prayer...even the small requests. <3

    1. Thank you so much for sharing! What a beautiful testimony. You can definitely log your prayer miles. The biggest thing is really taking the time to pray. Many times it's our last resort and not something that we schedule! Praise the Lord for all God is doing through prayer!!

    1. I would love to hear how God uses it. I am hearing many reports on how God is drawing people to Himself through the prayer miles. WooHoo! He is SO awesome.

    1. It is something God gave to me a couple of years ago with our small group at church. Every year at this time, we start back up and God shows up powerfully through it! We had some awesome answers to prayer this week that I will be sharing tomorrow afternoon. Thanks so much for stopping by!
